Lee County is soliciting bids for construction of five well surface facilities and installation of more than 25,000 linear feet of HDPE water mains in 24-, 16-, 12-, and 10-inch diameters. The contractor must provide the labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and related incidentals, and comply with federal EPA grant requirements under 2 CFR 200. Bids may be submitted electronically through Ion Wave or delivered to the county by October 29, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. ET; a non-mandatory pre-solicitation meeting is scheduled for October 13, 2026.

Provide infrastructure and expansion - well and phase 1D project. The purpose of the 1B1D Project has two primary elements; the first is to cool, disinfect, and blend the Trinity Well #1 groundwater with the existing EWCWTP's finished water (Phase 1B work) and the second is to increase water treatment capacity by up to 13 MGD (Phase 1D work).

Note trash and recycling grommets / rings are by millwork and will be of size and material per millwork details. Decals by this package, coordinate with millwork and construction manager accordingly.
