The project includes facilitating initial kickoff and bi-weekly meetings, and preparing a comprehensive Site Plan document featuring building footprints for a planned town hall, future expansion, government services building, and a cultural center centered around an active courtyard. Additionally, the consultant will deliver critical technical reports—such as a traffic impact analysis, soils report, grading and drainage plan, utility study, and landscape plans—and manage the electronic application process, including up to four rounds of resubmittals to address agency and stakeholder review comments through to final project approval.
