The district seeks an IT consulting partner to compare its Information Technology Department with comparable school districts in areas including organization, services, complexity, resource allocation, and staffing. The assessment will examine organizational structure and IT functions, staffing ratios using workload measures, and functional coverage such as help desk, infrastructure, cybersecurity, student and business systems, analytics, telecommunications, educational technology, privacy, and procurement. Proposals are due October 20, 2026, at 2:30 PM Arizona Time through the district’s Bonfire portal.
