The Cowichan Valley Regional District seeks proposals from qualified proponents with the experience and resources to plan, implement, and support a SharePoint-based electronic document and records management system. The solution is intended to support records management, information governance, collaboration, privacy, security, and user adoption. The described scope includes SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 information architecture and records lifecycle management, FOI and eDiscovery requirements, data migration, pilot and phased rollout support, licensing-impact disclosure, and post-implementation stabilization.
