Cherokee County School District is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery of custodial equipment in accordance with the specifications, quantities, terms, and conditions outlined in IFB2027-11. All equipment must be new, unused, and meet the exact manufacturer, model, and technical specifications identified in the solicitation and Attachment A. Substitutions or equivalent products will not be accepted. Bidders may submit pricing for one or more individual line items. The District reserves the right to make a single award or multiple awards by individual line item in accordance with the solicitation's evaluation and award criteria. Electronic bids are preferred through Beacon Bid. Sealed paper bids will also be accepted in accordance with the solicitation instructions. Bid Deadline/Public Opening: November 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. Questions Deadline: October 30, 2026, at 9:00 AM EDT.
