Shelter Staffing Services
The Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency is soliciting proposals for vendors to provide shelter staffing services for state-initiated regional shelters, recovery centers, or to support local and regional sheltering operations. The solicitation describes an initial two-year term with options to extend (up to an eight-year total) and requires vendors to supply trained, vetted staff and either turnkey staffing solutions or selectable staffing components.
