Description: Naval Air Systems Command seeks sources for an enterprise software and sustainment IDIQ supporting H-53, H-60, and Presidential helicopter platforms. The scope includes sustaining engineering, program management, logistics, software development and sustainment, flight-test support, and fleet readiness for domestic and foreign military sales fleets. The contemplated IDIQ has a ten-year ordering period consisting of a five-year base, two two-year options, and one one-year option.

In order to perform these tasks, respondents must have the following capabilities for the platforms listed above: Demonstrated knowledge of sustaining engineering to include Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE), design, and fleet support for aircraft hardware and software. This includes conducting Engineering Investigations (EIs), managing system interfaces, performing technical analysis, supporting Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and managing configuration for CH-53, H-60, and Presidential helicopter platforms. Demonstrated knowledge of software and diagnostics sustainment including full software lifecycle support, including development, deficiency correction, and sustainment for operational flight programs, mission software, and diagnostics applications. Demonstrate experience with laboratory support and managing software requirements, design, qualification, and integration testing. See outside link.

Enterprise Air Route Surveillance Radar Replacement Sources Sought (Request for Information)
Diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages (DMSMS): widespread component obsolescence, lack of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) sources, and exhausted spare inventories create significant sustainment risks. Escalating operation and maintenance (O&M) costs: maintaining legacy mechanical and analog electronic assemblies require increasingly complex depot-level repairs and extended maintenance actions. Modern air surveillance & interoperability demands: evolving civil and military aviation requirements necessitate modern digital target processing, modern identification friend or foe (IFF) / secondary surveillance radar (SSR) capabilities, automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast (ADS-B), secure network-centric data dissemination, and robust cybersecurity posture.
