Description: The City of Victoria seeks a contractor to install cured-in-place pipe sealing devices at sanitary and storm sewer service-connection interfaces. The work includes pre- and post-installation CCTV inspections and associated cleanout installations. The sealing devices are intended to provide a long-term seal against infiltration and inflow, with a minimum five-year warranty.

Valparaiso City Utilities 2026 Sanitary/Storm Sewer CIPP Lining Projects
The project includes approx. 7,900 feet of cured-in-place sanitary/combined sewer pipe lining and approx. 2,800 feet of cured-in-place storm sewer pipe lining. The sanitary/combined sewers to be lined range in size from 8-IN to 24-IN in diameter. The storm sewer segments to be lined range in size from 12-IN to 21-IN in diameter. The work will also include reinstatement of all active manhole connections and sanitary service lateral taps, as well as any necessary restoration. Recent CCTV footage of all existing sewer segments to be lined is available upon request.
