Request for Applications-Parties Interested in Licensing Space at the Quincy Mental Health Center

Description: The Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH) seeks one or more license agreements for use of approximately 39,260 square feet at the Quincy Mental Health Center for community mental health services, including acute psychiatric inpatient beds and related services. The license term will be one year with up to nine one-year renewal options; responses are due by June 30, 2036 and a site tour is scheduled for Dec. 17, 2025.
