Description: Township desires to replace the existing retaining walls along the west side of Dam Road. The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to accomplish the following: Replacement of an existing retaining wall with a soldier pile retaining wall, construction of a new, second soldier pile retaining wall, placement of rock protection along both retaining walls, drainage improvements, full depth pavement, safety feature upgrades, and other associated work.

Work generally consists of mobilization, traffic control, implementing a water pollution control plan, relocating approximately 174 feet of 6inch sewer, removing an existing manhole, repairing/stabilizing roadway by installing a new retaining wall, cleanup of the project area, and other items of work as shown on the plans. Work includes 50 CY (f) roadway excavation; 1 LS erosion control; 210 SF asphalt paving; 174 LF 8" hdpe sewer main - open cut; 179 LF abandon existing sewer and fill with grout. See attached file.
