PLCB Security Guard Services RFP

Description: Seeking up to three qualified contractors to provide professional, uniformed security guard services at designated fine wine & good spirits (fw&gs) retail locations. Services will include maintaining a visible security presence; deterring theft, disorderly conduct, and other unlawful or disruptive activity; supporting the safety and security of customers and plcb employees; monitoring assigned areas; responding appropriately to security-related incidents; and documenting and reporting significant events as required by the plcb. Staffing levels, service hours, days of coverage, and assigned locations may vary based on operational and security needs, and the contractor(s) must maintain sufficient qualified personnel to ensure uninterrupted service, professional conduct, timely response, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and plcb policies and procedures.
