N.Y.C. Groceries Operator(s) (Request for Proposal)

Description: Seeking to retain one or more (up to a maximum of five) grocery store operators or other qualified firms, either independently or in teams. Successful Respondents will demonstrate an ability to handle the full range of operations involved in running a grocery store, such as product sourcing across departments (via existing wholesale contracts and primary relationships with wholesalers), merchandising, customer service, and staffing.
