Marsh Creek Dam Removal (Request for Proposal)
Work include engineering and design for removal of the remaining dam and associated sanitary sewer infrastructure. Engineering and design of future restoration of approx 750 LF of marsh creek channel. Obtaining all necessary federal, state, and local permits for dam removal and future stream restoration. Removal of the remaining dam infrastructure and associated sanitary sewer infrastructure from Marsh Creek. Stabilization of stream banks and other areas disturbed by dam and sewer removal. Development of construction plans for the future restoration of the stream channel. Coordination with the Lake County Department of Utilities (LCDU) to coordinate project construction with the installation of the new sanitary sewer pump station.
