Description: The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the Office of the State Superintendent of Education’s Postsecondary and Career Education division, seeks a contractor to support local education agencies, students, and institutions of higher education participating in the Dual Enrollment Consortium. Work includes recruitment and student application support, assistance to institutions onboarding students, and data collection, reporting, and coordination with OSSE’s program manager; the period of performance extends through September 30, 2027.
