Station 22 - Addition & Remodel (Request for Proposal)
Project consists of the expansion and modernization of the existing fire station including the construction of an additional apparatus bay to accommodate new aerial access, renovations to portions of the existing station, and expansion of living and support spaces to increase station capacity. Upon completion, the facility is expected to provide three (3) apparatus bays and eleven (11) bunk rooms. Project work will also include associated architectural, structural, MEP, communications, and site improvements necessary to support the additions to the facility.

Work includes replacing wood windows and exterior doors with aluminum operable windows and storefront doors and frames, replacing a sliding patio door system, repairing a wood column, installing a hose washer with venting, and air-balancing the living quarters.
