NSWC IHD seeks a 100% small-business-set-aside contractor to provide analytical, technical, and management support for decontamination, demilitarization, and demolition activities. The cost-plus-fixed-fee, level-of-effort contract has a one-year base period and four one-year options, for up to five years. Work includes hazardous-material analysis, UXO/EOD support, remediation planning, safety and quality-assurance oversight, on-site project management, and technical reports and standard operating procedures.

Vegetative debris and concrete may be hauled to the city limb yard for disposal. (Vegetative debris and concrete shall be separated, and placed in the designated areas.).
