The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education is seeking vendors to provide training for certified American Sign Language interpreters who support interactions between schools and families in educational settings. Vendors must use Department-approved instructors and the provided syllabus and training materials. The solicitation establishes a prequalified vendor list that individuals or organizations may use at their own expense, making it a vendor procurement rather than a grant program.
