Description: The County of El Dorado is seeking Statements of Qualifications to create a qualified list of providers for on-call traffic engineering consulting. Work includes conducting and reviewing studies, collecting traffic counts, supporting updates to the Traffic Impact Fee Program, traffic forecasting and modeling, and traffic signal, signing, and striping design and review for County- and developer-driven projects. The list may last up to three years, no minimum amount of work is guaranteed, and the County anticipates awarding up to three agreements to top-ranked proposers.
