ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES (VOR-A)

Description: All Proponents must have obtained the RFSQ from www.Merx.com (MERX®). Failure to obtain the RFSQ from MERX® will result in disqualification. McMaster University is soliciting information from interested Proponents seeking to provide Architectural Services and wishing to be a qualified Architectural Firm for a prequalified bidders list known as the Vendor of Record – Architects (VOR-A). Successful proponents will be provided opportunities to bid on projects for the Design & Construction Department of Facility Services at McMaster University over the term identified in this Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) or until the RFSQ is cancelled by McMaster University. The term of the Vendor of Record Arrangement (VOR-A) established through this RFSQ shall be for an initial period of two (2) years from the date of award, with the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, at the sole discretion of McMaster University.
