Governing Board of Bagdad Unified School District #20 Regular Board Meeting
The agenda included student and staff recognition, including Students of the Month from Bagdad Middle/High School and Bagdad Elementary School, as well as Staff of the Month. The board discussed and approved various items under the consent agenda, such as board minutes, vouchers, financial reports, donations, employment matters, curriculum-related items, and budget-related requests. The board approved the FY 25/26 IGA for Substitute Teacher Consolidation Services, the AZSBA Policy Services Agreement for FY25/26, and discussed flooring bids, ultimately approving the bid from Continental Flooring Company. They also approved the purchase of two buses, a budget revision, and a contract with "Cartwheel" for mental health services. Additionally, they approved Special Education Service Provider Contracts for FY25 and out-of-state travel for conferences. The board also approved changing monthly Board Meetings to the second Monday of each month, starting in June 2025.
