A significant portion of the meeting focused on planning for a potential school relocation in the coming years, including identifying requirements for facility renovations, new Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways, and infrastructure upgrades. The board also addressed the necessity of developing a campaign Case Statement to support a potential capital campaign and decided to limit the scope of the upcoming Strategic Plan to three years to account for future funding and enrollment uncertainties.
